We accept returns under the following conditions:
Unopened Products: Returns are accepted for unopened, sealed products within 14 days of the delivery date.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or full refund.
Incorrect Orders: If we made a mistake and sent the wrong product, we’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.
We do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products.
Items returned after 14 days.
Products marked “final sale.”
Research chemicals, peptides, or powders that have been unsealed due to safety and handling protocols.

Reason for return
Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for sending your package back to us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping.
If the return is for any other reason (e.g., customer changed their mind or ordered the wrong item), the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
